These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of REFUEL Bootcamp studio websites on this domain, operated by REFUEL Bootcamp Franchise, LLC ("REFUEL," "we," "us," or "our"), and the communications that follow from any offer you claim or booking you make here. By accessing this site, claiming an offer, or booking a class, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Class Bookings, Offers & Payments
- Free-class offers (such as "2 Free Classes") are intended for new visitors, may be limited to local residents, and are subject to availability and studio rules. One offer per person unless stated otherwise.
- Class bookings, memberships, and payments are processed through our third-party booking and membership platform, which has its own terms of use and privacy policy. We are not responsible for that platform's availability or practices.
- Membership terms — billing, cancellation, and freeze policies — are provided at sign-up through the booking platform and your studio's membership agreement.
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Exercise involves inherent risks. The content on this site is for general information and is not medical advice. Before beginning any fitness program — including REFUEL Bootcamp classes — consult your physician, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have been inactive. By participating in a class, you represent that you are physically able to do so and agree to follow coach instructions and studio safety rules. Participation may also require signing a liability waiver at the studio.

The Program
REFUEL Bootcamp Franchise, LLC offers text messaging in connection with class offers, bookings, and memberships. Message types include conversational and customer-care messages (class reminders, booking confirmations, schedule updates, responses to your questions) and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional messages about studio offers and events.
Opting In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can claim offers, book classes, and become a member without opting in to text messages.
Frequency, Rates & Carriers
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and interaction with our team. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
